Turning bad novelty Christmas gifts

into good acts of charity

For Auckland City Mission’s Christmas appeal, we created our own range of novelty gifts. However each of our gifts, from rubber chickens to pet rocks to pickle plasters, were entirely fake. Instead, you’d get a bespoke e-card packed with all the joy of a terribly hilarious present, but with 100% the proceeds going towards a different service that the Auckland City Mission offered. Each one even came with its own unboxing video, so you could pointlessly watch your terrible cat apron being unwrapped while you felt good about your gift going somewhere meaningful.
